About The Service Center 2507 North Howard St Baltimore, MD Developer, Seawall has proposed plans to renovate the current 28000 sqft building at 2507 N Howard St and add another 40000 sqft addition above it. The structure has plans to use the first and second floors for retail and office space and the 4 additional floors would be built for 59 new apartment units. The apartments will be targeted toward community-minded residents who are committed to being neighbors and not guests in the surrounding area through the project’s “Service Works” program.
