Formerly known as 4900 Fairmont, 7770 Norfolk is a mixed-use project developed in partnership with JBG and Ross Development & Investment. The 17-story development contains 200 residential units totaling approximately 203,000 net square feet being leased as apartments, along with a 171 stall subterranean parking garage and approximately 6,000 net square feet of ground-level retail space leased by restaurant concepts Community and Medium Rare. On-site amenities include a full-service concierge; private fitness center outfitted with top-of-the-line equipment; sophisticated resident lounge; and a rooftop terrace with fire pits and pool. Originally planned to be developed as condos, as the year turned and the pace of sales dragged, JBG reversed course and will now offer the units as rentals.
