Brookdale Woodward Estates is an assisted living facility by Brookdale Senior Living Solutions at 14997 Health Center Drive in Bowie, Maryland, just 15 minutes from Washington D.C. and 45 minutes from Annapolis. Woodward Estates offers 80 senior apartments, including a variety of studios, deluxe studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, and gives seniors the flexibility of choosing to live alone or with a roommate, choosing to decorate their apartment or rent one that is fully furnished, or to bring along their small pets. Residents have access to a library, a beauty/barber shop, a courtyard and garden, a pub/sports bar, a wellness center, a community kitchen, a piano, a fireside living room, a private dining room, a therapy room, and an ice cream parlor, and can request special dietary menus to address their needs.
