Brightview Hunt Valley will provide 178-unit resort-style senior living monthly-rental apartments providing a continuum of housing and care options (including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care units). The community will be located within the Hunt Valley Towne Centre and will offer a complete array of residential and assisted living services delivered within a 5-story structure.
The community will be replete with resort-style amenities and will have the extraordinary benefit of the retail and lifestyle offerings that are within walkable distance at the Town Center (including Wegmans, multiple dining venues, a fitness facility with an entire suite of senior-focused classes, and more), encouraging intergenerational opportunities on a daily basis. Brightview Hunt Valley Towne Centre will offer a Gallery Program—which will provide a higher level of lifestyle services and programming.
