Henderson Signs was told by the City that permit was not required but Joel Hornickel has verified that the signs are within the city limits and requested that we submit a sign permit application to finish the signs that are already under construction. Work has stopped, a structural engineer has submitted drawings for the signs (attached), etc. New electrical drawings & site plan should not be required as these are replacement signs using existing electrical & same location as original signs.

There will be minimal disturbance to the area as it does not have a lot of slope to it. There will be no change in drainage, etc. from existing conditions. No trees will be removed for this project. All disturbed areas will be properly seeded and covered to avoid any soil erosion, etc. There are no structures being built for this project.
