Rebranding of facility due to change in operator. Critical repairs to exterior envelope including new roof, selective siding and façade repairs. Exterior ADA accessibility repairs and modifications. Refresh of all common area spaces including new paint, flooring and LED lighting. Apartment renovations including new cabinetry, fixtures, paint and flooring. Memory care refresh including new mil/work, paint, flooring and new LED lighting. New fire and smoke doors throughout the community. Interior renovations included updated finishes such as flooring, paint, new millwork, and LED light upgrades throughout the facility. Exterior work included milling and paving of the community parking lot, a memory care pergola, tree removal and sodding, a new trash enclosure, and upgrading exterior light fixtures to LED. SCIC worked through this project while Ridgeland Place was fully occupied with residents, both in assisted living and memory care. This job was completed in coordination with complicated procurement hurdles and a rotating work schedule throughout the property in order to keep the facility functioning throughout the construction process.
