Permit Details: Evoke Living at Westerly Hills The attached RTAP is for revisions associated with the Layout Plan (Sheet C-2.0), revisions on the Layout Plan included the addition of 5 parking stalls, timber and segmental block walls to allow for dry utility installation (electric, telcom, and flat areas for HVAC units), the Mail Kiosk was rotated to allow for better ADA accessibility, the monument sign was relocated out of the sight triangle, the sidewalk north of the entrance and to the south of Building 3 were re-aligned to allow for better ADA accessibility, four steps were also added to the south of the entry due to the installation of the Duke Transformer being installed 2-3' feet above proposed grade, and the buffer fence was relocated per a field meeting with the Site Superintendent and Vince Condon to avoid removing existing trees in the buffer. All Layout Plan revisions have been clouded. The RTAP also included revisions to the Planting Plan (Sheet C-8.0), revisions to the Planting Plan included replacing the large maturing trees along Westerly Hills Drive with small maturing trees due to the overhead electric cables. We relocated the two trees near the site entry, both trees still meet the 40' rule for parking. We also replaced a large maturing tree with a small maturing tree on the parking lot side of Building 1. All Planting Plan revisions have been clouded.
