Permit Details: 17052 Everton Townhomes This RTAP is for the shift of the retaining wall and townhome units #1-#6 closer to the private alley for the purpose of keeping the retaining wall clear of the treesave areas. The shift has also allowed the treesave areas to be expanded. The storm network structures #1 to #10 have been revised as well; structure #4 was removed behind townhomes #1-#6, and a yard style storm network was utilized. Please note that the RTAP applies to the following sheets: C1-1 Site Plan: The TH and retaining wall are closer to the private alley. The driveways were updated, and dimensions were added. A callout identifies where the SW ends. Treesave and Treesave replanting areas were updated. The TP fence was extended along the modified treesave area. C1-5 Planting Plan: All treesave areas were updated, along with the treesave charts. C2-1 to C2-3 Grading and SD Plans: Grading adjustments were made, and SD-100 was updated. A new chart was added which details the yard style storm network. C3-1 Storm Drainage Area Plan: This sheet was updated to show the new SD-100 drainage areas. The change was small; the Calculation Binder has the revision design. Note: the SCM drainage area is same or less. C4-1 to C4-3: The TP fences was extended along the expanded treesave area to the North. The SSF, in the same area, was slightly re-positioned to better protect the new retaining wall's position. C6-4: A wattle detail was added.
