A 5-story, multifamily building, set for 212 Durham Avenue in Metuchen, New Jersey. The building itself will contain rental apartments, offered in studio and one to three-bedroom configurations. A select amount of units will be dedicated to affordable housing. Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, an outdoor pool and courtyard, a dog park, and an enclosed parking garage, as well as open parking surrounding the building. The project will also restore access to a 32-acre wildlife preserve, known as "Dismal Brook Preserve". A recreational area will be constructed on the preserve, featuring boardwalk trails, a footbridge for walking over the brook, a bird-watching tower, interpretive signage, and a public entrance and parking area with bike racks.
