CitiSquare Newark

Property Page

CitiSquare Newark is an 11-building, mixed-use development in Newark, NJ. It will be composed primarily of rental apartments. These will be offered in studio, one, two, and three-bedroom configurations. There will also be retail space, a hotel, office space, restaurants, parking, and a select amount of affordable housing units. Most of the development will be constructed on the site of the now-demolished Riverfront Stadium; an 8-acre venue that was formerly home to the Newark Bears baseball team.

CitiSquare will be constructed in 9-phases, with Phase 1 consisting of two 18-story residential towers, connected at the base. Combined, these will offer a total of 598 units, as well as retail space, a restaurant, and 15,000 square feet of tenant amenities. After all 9-phases have been completed, the development will consist of seven 18-story, one 19-story, and three 37-story towers.
