Rebranding of an occupied senior living facility located in Brockport, NY. New finishes throughout including new paint, flooring, casework and lighting. Multiple apartments were refreshed including new cabinetry, paint, flooring, bathroom fixtures and lighting. New fully addressable fire alarm system throughout the facility. Provided new conditioned air to existing dining room and commercial kitchen. New equipment for commercial kitchen. Exterior site work to create a new memory care walking garden. Exterior site work also included extensive drainage work and reshape of existing retention pond. New paving and line stripping throughout the property also included new ADA curb cuts and transitions.
