Permit Details: REMOVE EXISTING ROOFING and PLYWOOD As need for install of foam insulation Remove along eve and ridge for access to knee wall and slope areas on one side of house Remove along ridge on other side of house to access slopes. Knee wall to be access through hatch on second floor APPLY SHEATHING....... (10 sheets of 1/2" CDX plywood included) Secure any loose rafters by denailing same 10D nails to adjacent members. Install minimum " CDX exterior APA approved 4 ply plywood as sheathing. Plywood to be installed with outer plies at right angles to rafters and staggered so that end joints in adjacent panels break over supports FRAMING Any framing work required to complete project will be an additional cost billed to customer for a total of additional time and materials. Framing issues can include, but are not exclusive to replacement of all or sections of rafters, rafter tails, fascias, ridge boards, wall studs, wall top plates and sill plates, and nailers required to properly install new WINTERGUARD ICE AND WATER SHIELD installed on any removed eve areas CERTAINTEED PREMIUM UNDERLAYMENT installed on any removed ridge areas TARP HOUSE as needed. REMOVAL OF DEBRIS and clean job site, with contractors trucks. CONTRACTOR TO REMOVE AND REINSTALL ANY SATELLITE DISHES and/or ANTENNAE BUT WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CALIBRATION. GUTTERS & SIDING Cost assumes done with insulation Left side of house (looking from street) Remove about 4-5 sections of cracked siding Install new siding.
