The New Terminal One (NTO) is a brand new airport terminal set for JFK International Airport in Jamaica, Queens. It will replace the existing Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. NTO will be a 23-gate, state-of-the-art terminal. Sustainably designed and future-focused, the terminal will feature expansive, naturally lit, public spaces, cutting-edge technology, and an array of amenities, all designed to enhance the customer experience and compete with some of the highest-rated airport terminals in the world. It will become the largest international terminal at JFK and it will contain more than 300,000 square feet of dining, retail, lounges, and recreational space. The project will be privately financed, and built on a 134-acre plot, currently occupied by Terminals 1 and 2, and formerly occupied by Terminal 3.
