Specific materials are ordered based on the results of the inspection. >> West Shore Home (WSH) removes the existing bath fixture in the wet space and disposes of it off site at WSH expense. >> WSH installs a new pre-manufactured one-piece acrylic shower base or tub to match existing wet space. >> Drain location does not change as new fixture are ordered for specific job. Any damaged existing plumbing and P-trap replaced like for like and connected to residence's existing drain line in the wet space. >> Existing valve is removed and disposed of. Brand new Moen positemp valve is installed. New fixtures are installed in the wet space only. >> Water and drain line tests are performed, recorded, and documented prior to acrylic walls being installed. >> Minimum 5/8" thickness plywood installed as backer board per manufacturer's instructions. >> Acrylic walls adhered to wall using Contractors Weatherproofing Sealant and utilizing interior corner reinforcements. >> Acrylic wall seams are sealed using manufacturers proprietary sealant. >> Final water and drain line test performed prior to completion. >> No electrical needed
