In May 2016, South Coast Improvement Company finished a $1.6 million exterior and interior renovation to the property. The exterior renovation included new siding, sheeting, epoxy on the decks, paving, sidewalks, and windows throughout. Interior work, which focused on the first floor of the facility, included renovation of two kitchens, two dining areas, a hair salon, and the public restrooms, in addition to new carpeting and paint throughout.
