Upgrade access control for noted to existing state S2 system. See attached mark up for door locations. See specifics below.

• Stairwells requiring access- Reuse existing rim exit devices and replace passage levers with night-latch function levers to lock. New Card reader, Request to exit sensor, and door contacts. Install fire rated electric strikes per door.
• Double doors w/Push button locks- Retro fit existing exit devices with latch retraction, replace handles with compatible Sargent trim.
• Office doors, electrical rooms and telephone rooms- Install new lever locks to match others where required, Reader, door status, Request to exit, Install electric strike to match hardware finish.
• Child Care doors noted- Install double sided locking locksets, card reader on in and out as noted, door contacts and electric strikes to match hardware finish.
• Front Lobby entry's- Install new card readers, door status contacts, Request to exit sensors and electrified latch retraction exit devices to replace existing of same type.
• Fire alarm connection required for Daycare hallway doors. Included in quote.
• Re-purpose 4 Schlage AD400 wireless locks and PIM modules where currently installed. Connect to new system and program to connect.

  • Add 6 new S2 Access control panels and equipment in marked closets
  • We will add required door control boards to S2 control and program for testing for proper operation.
  • Add 2 network switches on first floor and re-use existing fiber to connect.
  • Add new lock power supply  Battery Back up UPS and wall mount on plywood to available space in room to accommodate doors.
  • Program into State Existing S2 system and test for proper operation. Existing S2 licensing will be used.
