Permit Details: Service line is in place. No meter. We would have to stub out at meter location and build 3/4" manifold with two 1/2" shut offs. Run 1/2" Trac pipe ten feet and stub up though floor for gas stove. From other shut off run 1/2" Trac pipe twenty feet across basement ceiling to opposite corner for water heater. Pressurize for inspection so meter could be set. Will have to pull permit for this job. Needs to be 2 psi system because customer will be adding more appliances in the future. We need to install 2 half inch natural gas regulators
