Existing wood decking will be inspected for any deteriorated wood decking. Home has planked spaced decking and will be resheeted with new 7/16 OSB. 3. 4.5’ of Ice and water protective underlayment will be installed to the wood deck on the on the eaves edges and 3’ in valleys. 4. Synthetic felt will be installed on the remainder of the roofing area. 5. New drip metal will be installed at the roof edges, new metal will have a 12” strip of ice and water protective underlayment installed over the top at the eave edges. 6. New CertainTeed Landmark architectural style asphalt shingles will be installed in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. The new shingles will be fastened with six nails (not staples) per shingle for increased wind resistance. All nails to be galvanized, large-head, roofing nails. 7. Four metal vents will be installed on the home for ventilation. 8. New galvanized metal flashings will be installed on all pipes and vents that penetrate the roof. 9. Roof ridges will be covered with pre-cut hip and ridge shingles. 10.
