Due to the depth of the pipeline, Traylor Shea Joint Venture (TSJV) must close Jamieson Avenue in order to safely install the new pipe. In an effort to decrease the duration of the Jamieson Avenue closure, and bring forward the date that the road can be opened to traffic, TSJV is requesting a noise variance to continue working past 6pm. The work that will occur outside of the approved working hours set forth in Section 11-5-4 (15) of the City's Noise Ordinance will produce minimal noise. No hauling activities are proposed during the restricted hours noted in Section 11-5-4 (15) of the City's Noise Ordinance. Additional mitigation measures are proposed during the work extension
