Site plan amendment proposed for a conversion of The Rixey Building, currently a 267 unit multi-family with ground floor retail, to repurpose half (133 units) to hotel use with a modification for parking requirements. Currently owned and operated as student housing, amenities include a large ground-floor lounge featuring a fireplace clad in metal panels, a variety of individual and group break out spaces, and entrance to blue glass-walled fitness center. Additional amenities include club room and courtyard, and rooftop lounge complete with grilling stations and private cabanas.
