Typically, an application for the master CO is submitted at the same time as the application for the shell and core. Note: The shell and core CO shall not be issued until the building support systems such as the fire alarm system, elevators, restrooms, ventilating system and exit-ways have been inspected and approved. 3) A master CO is required for the entire building and site work. Note: A request for a certificate for partial occupancy of a building may be made after the filing of the applications for the master CO and shell & core CO. 4) As noted in the letter dated January 21, 2020, all required easements, dedications, vacations and encroachments applications shall be approved, executed and recorded prior to issuance of the first CO for tenant occupancy. 5) As noted in the letter dated January 21, 2020, approval of a final site lighting plan, garage lighting plan meeting CPTED standards and a final sign plan is required prior to issuance of the first CO for tenant occupancy. 6) A final plat is required prior to approval of the master CO.
