About Ballston Quarter
Developer Forest City is constructing a 22-story, 406-unit residential tower, located in Arlington, VA. Construction is slated for completion in early 2019. This project is part of the overall redevelopment of what was formerly known as Ballston Common Mall. The mall’s four-level, 578,000-square-foot retail component is undergoing redevelopment, which will result in a new look and merchant mix, with an emphasis on dining and entertainment. The redesign will include open-air and enclosed concourses, a market hall and a recessed public plaza.
