Redevelopment plan for the West Falls Church Metro Station will create a vibrant, mixed-use community with over one million square feet of office, retail, and residential space.  Plans call for 900 residential units including 810 apartments and 90 townhomes, a 110,000-square-foot office building, and 10,000 square feet of retail space.

-Building A is a 120 foot tall multifamily residential building with a maximum of 130,000 sf., and a planned 210 residential units, however, this could increase as the plans state that remaining approved residential units from the development may be placed here that are not provided by other buildings. 

-Building B is a 120 foot tall office building with retail space on the bottom levels. 

-Building F, opposite the Metro Plaza, is a 90 foot tall multifamily residential building with a maximum of 265,000 sf. and 280 residential units. It will feature a private interior courtyard for the residents of the building.

-Building C is the existing parking garage that will remain intact. 

-Building D is a six-story, multifamily building with up to 320 housing units along Falls Church Drive. The 325,000-square-foot building will have an interior courtyard, outdoor terrace, and ground floor amenities for residents.

-"Building E will actually be two rows of housing to look like a single building. Plans call for up to 27 urban-style, four-story townhomes. The townhomes will feature a second-story outdoor deck space covering an alley to the rear-loaded garages.

-Block G plans for up to 17 three-story townhomes with an optional fourth-floor rooftop terrace

-Block H plans for up to 42 townhomes adjacent to the existing Villages at West Falls Church and Pavilion condominiums. These residences will also be three stories in height with an optional fourth-floor rooftop terrace. The proposal also features roughly 2.1 acres of parks, including a 20,600 sf. community park, a 33,300 sf.Metro Plaza, a 19,500 sf., fenced dog park at the corner of Haycock and Metro Access roads, and an 8,100 sf. natural recreation space with a playground and boulders and tree stumps for climbing.
