Building systems shall include typical fire station functions such as air-destratification in the apparatus bay, vehicle exhaust evacuation, mechanical door operations, security systems/door hardware, fire alarm monitoring and fire suppression, one elevator, tone-alert systems, communication components, various reels, services, and floor-drains in the apparatus bay, and one slide-pole system.
