We will be removing the old layer of PVC and do a inspection in all of the plywoods on the roof in case needed to replace we will be installing CDX 1/2 plywoods, we will be installing a synthetic underlayment call Epilay in top of the the plywoods, next step we will be installing R-tech Fanfold foam and attaching with seam plates and HDP Fasteners. Next step we will be installing the membrane of GAF Everguard TPO 60 mil overlaying each other and sealing on the junctions, on the wall we will use weatherbond glue to attached the TPO and we finalize the seals with patches on the corners. We will replace the drainage boxes for special order NU Ray - Clad Metal16x18x9.5x8 in order to be able to seal the TPO. And we will be installing the top cap metals for the next step they are Special order 26 gauge NU RAY 3x9x3 and 4x20x4.
