Was approved in September, however, the Owners have requested we change the North adjoining line between parcels to fit the existing Fence. The adjustment is very Minor We had the Bouges (Owners) come into our office and did not understand that the proposed boundary line did not fit the existing Fence on our approved BLA, rather was square off of the Right of way. The Bouge's requested we adjust the boundary line to fit the existing fence. Included is our updated BLA Record of Survey Map (10.21.20), Signed revised affidavit of BLA, and the revised quitclaim and legal descriptions. Also, included is the PDF of the BLA Record of Survey map as currently approved (8-17-20) for review. The Adjustment is in the same area as the past approval, however, following the existing fence makes the transfer (Conveyance) 2,472 Square feet smaller. The only changes are 2 metes and bound calls of the Conveyance area being the first distance call changing from 77.20 feet (to 63.66 feet), and the next bearing call going from S89*17'39"E 365.13 feet to N88*34'57"E 365.37 feet. All other calls remain the same. We would appreciate a planning approval of this quick since the adjustment is so small and nothing has changed except a couple of legal descriptions and the metes and bounds calls.
