110 Savin Hill Avenue, nine condos and 14,182 commercial square feet, approved in Dorchester
110 Savin Hill Avenue, a $3 million, 23,957-square-foot mixed-use development in Dorchester’s Savin Hill neighborhood featuring a residential building with nine condominiums and a 10,574-square-foot commercial/retail building, was approved at today’s Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) Board Meeting. The building will now go before the City of Boston's Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) for review; ZBA approval will be required in order for the building to proceed with construction.
