Savin Hill development will now include residences in addition to commercial space
Developer James Baker proposes to construct nine residences at 110 Savin Hill Avenue in addition to his proposed 14,182-square-foot commercial building. Baker will now acquire an additional single-family home at 14 Sydney Street, expanding the project’s total area to 12,778 square feet (0.29 acres) and allowing for the addition of an additional residential building along Sydney Street. Baker has filed plans for his proposed mixed-use development with the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA), who is now reviewing the proposed project.
