127-Unit Hancock Village Addition Now Open
has opened The Adams at Hancock Village in a ribbon-cutting ceremony, adding nearly 130 new affordable housing units to Hancock Village in Chestnut Hill, MA. The Adams features 127 mixed-income housing units with 35 set aside as affordable.
A 40B housing project, the development is part of a larger effort to increase the unit count at Hancock Village to over 1,300 units.
