Slab Poured at Gateway Logistics Center
Construction crews are pouring the slab at Gateway Logistics Center. The development will offer 500,000 to 600,000-square-feet of industrial space spread out among five buildings. Construction of the first phase, which was planned for three buildings totaling 290,000 square feet, is underway. The first phase will include 143,000 square feet with an additional 147,000 square feet delivered in 2025. The Gateway Logistics Center is a component of a larger development by Greystar on the site which will also include a 412-unit multi-family community.
