First Phase of Mixed-Income Project in Miami Delivered
Developer Related Group has completed the first phase of a mixed-income project in Miami. SoMi Parc will feature 558 apartment units, delivered in two phases and will replace the South Miami Gardens public housing. The first phase, Residences at SoMi Parc, which contains 172 mixed-income units, has delivered. Of the 172 units at Residences at SoMi Parc, 80 percent are designated for households earning at or below 80 percent of the area median income, with 58 units under the Rental Assistance Demonstration program. The other 20 percent will be market apartments. The second phase, Gallery SoMi Parc will offer 386 apartment units, 20 townhouses with ownership opportunities along with 8,100 square feet of commercial space.
