170K SF Life Science Project Proposed in Waltham
Greystar has proposed a 5-story life science project at 379 Totten Pond Road in Waltham. The oddly shaped, roughly 6.5-acre site presently consists of two, four-story office buildings as well as surface parking. Now the development team proposes to raze the existing structures and surface parking and construct a 169,700-square-foot research laboratory building with an attached parking deck and associated surface parking.
