226 Harvard Avenue Sells for $11.9 Million
National Development sold 226 Harvard Avenue to Asana Partners for $11,900,000 in a deal brokered by Newmark Knight Frank.
A 30,010 SF mixed-use medical office building located in Allston off Commonwealth Avenue and Harvard Street. The building sits on a 20,792 SF lot and features 27,930 SF of medical use space and 5,070 SF of ground-floor retail.
