25-01 Queens Plaza North Tops Out in LIC
General contractor, , has officially topped out Link Apartments℠ QPN; a 27-story, residential project, going up at 25-01 Queens Plaza North in Long Island City, Queens.
Approved back in July of 2022 by the NYC Mayor's Office, the project is being developed by .
The building is set to contain rental apartments. Approximately of these will be reserved for affordable housing, with the rest of the units listed at market rate.
In addition to residential units, the ground floor of the structure will offer square feet of retail space.
Designed by , 25-01 Queens Plaza North stands feet tall and totals square feet. Construction is expected to finish sometime in early 2025.
