26 Affordable Units Proposed in Dorchester
Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church and Nuestra Comunidad Development Corporation have filed plans for The Nehemiah Development, a 100% affordable rental development along Humboldt Avenue in Dorchester. Since purchasing the property in 1989, Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church has envisioned the future development of this property. Now plans for 26 units of family housing, a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units as well as a community space.
