$29M in Construction Financing Secured for Taunton Industrial Project
Portman Industrial has closed on $29M in construction financing for the first phase of the redevelopment of the former Silver City Galleria in Taunton. Plans call for a 1.1M square foot industrial park with the first phase to include a 248,435-square-foot industrial building with 32-foot clear heights, over 270 parking spaces, and 29 trailer drops. The loan was provided by BMO Harris Bank with JLL representing the borrower in the transaction.
