40B Project Proposed on 15 Acre Site in Franklin
A Florida-based real estate firm has proposed a 40B project on a 15+ acre site along East Central Street in Franklin. The Project site currently contains several commercial buildings that operate as a nursery and greenhouse (Stobbart’s Nurseries). The new development would include 265 residential units housed in five separate structures ranging from three to four stories in height plus a standalone, one-story clubhouse including amenities commensurate with a first-class residential community such as a swimming pool, fitness center, dog park, and free-standing garage parking.
