$93 Million Construction Loan Secured for New Apartment Community in Naples

Related Group has provided a construction loan of $93 to developer The Latigo Group for Fiori, a 303-unit multifamily development ideally located in Naples, Florida, which is one of the state’s fastest growing apartment submarkets. Future residents of the Project will benefit from high-end finishes and an unmatched amenity package which will include a resort-style pool, fitness and wellness features including a dry sauna, salt room and cold plunge, as well as co-working spaces, a grab and go marketplace, and pickleball. The project will feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom units averaging 1,000 square feet. The 18.48-acre site is located near the intersection of Collier Boulevard, a major north-south artery which connects Naples to Marco Island, and Rattlesnake Hammock Road, which connects Downtown Naples to its eastern suburbs. The site is conveniently located to Downtown Naples upscale shopping and dining, world famous white sand beaches, top ranked public and private golf courses and robust employment opportunities across Collier and Lee Counties. Completion is expected in Summer 2024.
