Additional Units Proposed for Brighton Senior Living Property
Benchmark Senior Living is proposing adding additional unit to Chestnut Park at Cleveland Circle. The building, constructed in 1993, currently consists of 84 units and a child day care facility. Benchmark is proposing to add 10 assisted living units in the space being vacated by the daycare facility and 6 assisted living units in underutilized space on the ground floor, as well as internal upgrades to the common areas, and upgrades to the exterior including landscaping and the addition of a new exterior balcony space for memory care residents.
