Amaya at Suffolk Downs Taking Shape
The first residential building at Suffolk Downs, Amaya, continues to see progress on the installation of the wood portion of the structure with window installation also underway. The project will feature 475 apartments along with 24,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The new building is also set to boast 34,000 square feet of amenity space offering a fitness center, game room with arcade, and 2 landscaped courtyards with a pool.
