Auburn Avenue Tops Out
The project team working on 4909 Auburn Ave. in Bethesda, MD, recently celebrated their “topping out” milestone after the building reached its maximum height of 11 stories. Developed by Potomac Development Group and designed by BCT Architects, this 167-unit apartment building will total over 188,701 SF.
The establishment will have two levels of below-grade parking, ground-floor retail and rooftop amenity spaces. Featured amenities include a fitness center, yoga room, sauna, lounge and meeting areas, and multiple green roof terraces.
The project is expected to reach completion in the Summer of 2024.
