BioMed Realty Secures $1.2B in Financing for Kendall Square Properties
BioMed Realty has secured $1.2B in financing for three Kendall Square properties through JP Morgan Chase, German American Capital Corp, and CITI Real Estate Funding. The properties include 675 West Kendall, a 6-story, 300,000+ square foot office/lab, 650 East Kendall featuring 280,000+ square feet of Class A office and laboratory space, and the parking garage located at 350 Kendall. The properties are all located in Cambridge's biotechnology super-cluster, close to MIT's campus.
