64-unit East Boston condo building receives final approval
A 64-unit condominium building located along the East Boston Waterfront, 301-303 Border Street, has received all necessary approvals to move forward with construction. The City of Boston’s Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) approved the project at Tuesday (December 6th, 2016) night’s meeting. The building is located steps to Maverick Square. Construction is expected to commence in early 2017.
