New Pier 4 rendering video released
Tishman Speyer has released a new Pier 4 video showing the latest renderings of the future office and condominium buildings. A 13-story office building containing 353,000 square feet of office space and 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and a nine-story residential building containing 100 luxurious condominiums and 17,000 square feet of ground-floor retail are under construction at Pier 4. Premier management consulting firm Boston Consulting Group (BCG) will be the office building's anchor tenant, occupying 202,000 square feet across seven floors.
