Brookline Ave. Property Added to Fenway Corners Development Site: NPC Filed
WS Development has filed a Notice of Project Change for Fenway Corners, which won approved in July 2023. The property at 96-98 Brookline Avenue has been added to the project site, enabling the development to effect a complete transformation of the Jersey Block frontage along Brookline Avenue from the new Richard B. Ross Way extension to Jersey Street. The 96-98 Brookline Avenue parcel includes approximately 5,481 square feet of area, bringing the total project site area to 193,690 square feet.
Given this new area, project plans will be adjusted to add roughly 30,000 square feet of floor area to the development with an addition of a building with a maximum building height of approximately 125 feet. This building is proposed to be used for office and laboratory/research and development uses on the upper floors, with commercial (retail/restaurant) uses on the ground floor.
