Burlington-Anchored Bee Ridge Square Added To Benderson Portfolio
Benderson Development is growing its holdings on the West Coast of Florida. The company has acquired Bee Ridge Square, a 128,399-square-foot shopping center at the intersection of Bee Ridge Rd. and Cattlemen Rd. in Sarasota.
Conveniently located at exit 207 of I-75, the property is currently anchored by national off-price retailer Burlington and features a mix of 15 specialty brands and restaurants, including Stage Door Studios, ofKors Bakery and EGGSTraordinary Café.
Benderson has been aggressively growing its portfolio over the last few years with acquisitions around the country.
