Burns Realty & Investments Wins Approval for Dorchester Development
Burns Realty & Investments has won approval for the redevelopment of 115-121 Boston Street in Dorchester. The new project will offer 90 compact living units, 15 of which will be affordable, along with ground-floor retail space and resident amenities. The development will also include a new public park offering better connections for pedestrians, and more than 20 new trees on site.
