Construction Advancing for South Boston Mixed-Use Project
Construction is advancing at 400 West Broadway as Synergy Construction Group begins to take the project vertical. The upcoming five-story building will include 36 units, a mix of studio, 1 & 2 bedrooms, along with two ground-floor retail spaces. The tight development site is located in the heart of South Boston with easy access to numerous restaurants, shops, and Downtown Boston.
