Cambridge Health Alliance Planning Outpatient Office In Medford
Plans are under review to convert a portion of One Cabot in Medford from office to medical office space. Cambridge Health Alliance has signed a lease for approximately 42,397 square feet of space on the 2nd floor of the building, currently occupied by Amazon who will vacate by June 2024. CHA is proposing to use the space for outpatient medical practices such as primary care, orthopedics, podiatry, physiatry, physical and occupational therapy, occupational medicine, laboratory blood draws, standard x-rays, minor procedures, and a small pharmacy.
