Charlie Rollins Promoted to Principal at National Development

National Development has promoted Charlie Rollins to Principal. Charlie has extensive experience in complex, mixed-use projects from New England to Florida. As Principal, Charlie will oversee key projects, help to manage the development team and provide overall leadership. Charlie joined ND’s development group in 2022 as Senior VP after serving as EVP for one of the country’s largest construction firms. Previously, he was the Director of Development and Construction Management for Strategic Property Partners where he oversaw Water Street Tampa, a transformative $3.5 billion mixed-use development that won the 2023 ULI Award of Excellence. “In his time at National, Charlie has played a critical role and has added exceptional value,” said Ed Marsteiner, a Managing Partner of National Development. “We are thrilled to have him in our senior leadership ranks.” Charlie is currently overseeing the development of Rentschler Field, a 2.5 million SF logistics center on 300 acres in East Hartford, CT.
